The W Source™ – Chapter Head Location Fee Terms & Conditions

 
DEPOSIT: A minimum $999.00 per chapter, Chapter Head Location Fee is required prior to beginning the 8-week chapter launch process. The Chapter Head Location Fee is directed towards your Chapter's initial setup and is refunded to your account 15 paid members join your Chapter within four weeks of your Launch Event.

CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation more than 30 days after beginning the 8-week launch process, The W Source™ will retain the Chapter Head Location Fee as compensation for time and resources provided by The W Source™.

ACCOMMODATION: The W Source™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make exceptions to these rules in extraordinary circumstances where a Chapter does not obtain 15 members within four weeks of your Launch Event.
