Kendra Rozboril | Attorney


About: Kendra obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Albion College, with a a Spanish and Economics double minor. After her undergraduate studies, Kendra received an honors scholarship to attend Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Kendra was the Senior Articles Editor for the school's Law Journal of Clinical and Practical Law, and she graduated in May 2016 with honors. She has been with Rutkowski Law Firm since January 2016; first as a law clerk, and now as an attorney.

As an attorney, Kendra loves that she helps her clients through the legal process. Whether it is guiding a personal representative through the probate court, or applying for Medicaid nursing home benefits, Kendra takes solace in knowing that she helps people through difficult times.

Specialties: Before becoming an attorney, Kendra worked in an assisted living facility. The patients that she assisted were those with dementia and Alzheimer's in the later stages of their respective diseases. This experience lead Kendra to the types of law that she currently practices: Probate, Guardians and Conservators, Elder Law, and Trust Administration. More specifically, Kendra primarily represents individuals who are appointed as either personal representative of an estate, a guardian or conservator of a loved one, or a trustee of a trust.
