The Chapter Head Location Fee is directed towards your Chapter's initial setup and is refunded to your account if 10 paid members join your Chapter within the first year of your Launch Event. The W Source™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this rule in extraordinary circumstances where a Chapter does not obtain 10 members within its first year.
