INTRODUCTION

Growing up in a family that all worked in the financial services industry made it an easy decision for Charlie to pursue a career as a Financial Advisor. However, she wouldn’t have remained and excelled in her role for 25 years if she didn’t love the work. Founding The Lowe Group has enabled Charlie to advise all types of clients, whether it be a non-profit organization or a corporation, an individual, or multi-generational families. While she continues to grow professionally, Charlie makes a conscious effort to give back through her many philanthropic efforts.  

SET A GOAL, MEET A GOAL

Professionally and personally, Charlie ascribes her solid work ethic to her belief in hard work and commitment. Being a woman in an industry that has historically controlled by men forced Charlie to grow thick skin from the very beginning of her career. Despite the odds being stacked against her, Charlie has managed to use what some would consider a disadvantage, and turn it into the fuel that has allowed her to create and maintain one of the most successful private wealth groups on Wall Street. Charlie is an advocate for women and adores stepping into leadership and mentoring up-and-coming women trailblazers. She is grateful for the forward-thinking mindset of The W Source™️. 

POST-COVID, TEAM IS ESSENTIAL

As a person who firmly believes in growth, Charlie never shies away from a challenge. Managing a multi-million dollar group in the midst of a global pandemic provided her with the challenge of a lifetime. As businesses began to adapt and shift to accommodate consumer preferences, Charlie witnessed what has historically been one of the most traditional industries get turned upside down. But where others saw uncertainty, Charlie saw opportunity. She refined her team’s client service model to meet the needs of her clients and since she had the foresight to see the shift from the “old school” sole practitioner model to a team-based approach, she had her team prepped and ready to handle whatever came their way.   

Charlie helped her clients embrace uncertainty, rather than run away from it, and that is what allowed her team to grow the way they have. Charlie has created a well-oiled machine of a group that consistently provides their clients with white glove service, timely advice, and an innovative approach to wealth management. 

LESSER KNOWN

Charlie believes in giving back to her local community and beyond. Her weekends regularly involve work in a variety of charities.
