“At least once in a person’s lifetime, we should practice forgiveness.”

Connie has worked in the financial industry for 27years and discovered The W Source™ in 2018 at the Barron’s Team Summit conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. While being involved in other networks, the idea of a women-centric network appealed as a balance to her wife/husband financial advisory team.

Putting the Puzzle Together

Utilizing her strong people-skills, Connie seeks to bring compassion and empathy in unique ways to her clientele. She strives to not talk at clients but to educate them for understanding.

Preparation is key as Connie looks for the big picture of each client’s financial aspirations. After careful observation and analysis, she identifies the financial puzzle pieces that need attention and solution. She then strategically puts the pieces together to allow her clients to not only to help them achieve their financial goal but to live them.

Compartmentalize to Give 100%

Her own preparation is continually in process, shown in her completion of the CFP®. As things constantly change, Connie keeps pace by fine-tuning her craft and staying knowledgeable of new challenges.

In addition to her work, Connie is committed to be present in her other roles as mom, wife, friend and sister. She compartmentalizes work and other so that she can give you 110% in each situation.

Staying on top of fitness is her secret in keeping her mind calm and energy fresh.

Life Lesson

At least once in a persons lifetime, Connie believes we should practice forgiveness, whether it be for family, friends, colleagues, or ourselves.

Forgiveness can get us past our bad days, recognize the good ones, and remind us to have empathy for those who are hurting.
