After being involved in other networks, she and other colleagues began a new chapter of The W Source™, where the opportunities for collaboration and mentorship amongst women were readily available.

Desirae describes juggling her many interests as "running a marathon in heels". While pushing herself out of her comfort zone, such as speaking to large gatherings and being in the public eye, she has also learned how to say "no' so that her focus is sharper and more effective.
