Jennifer is passionate about communication. Whether she is curating a TEDx event, teaching a public speaking course or guiding people through her workshops and retreats, Jennifer is determined to help women and men find their voices. She loves to create platforms that inspire – taking our stories and ideas to a broader audience.
Jennifer believes communication is key to professional and personal relationships. She found her work in even greater demand during COVID as virtual settings created another barrier for others to connect. The digital professional world is here to stay, making authentic and relational communications all the more imperative.

Jennifer’s tagline, beingREAL, is her core. She seeks to live and teach Relational, Engaged, Authentic Living. Her work reflects the profound shift that has occurred in the professional world; most recognize authenticity as a more effective tool than persuasive sales techniques. Jennifer also recognizes that many women were conditioned to believe that in order to be heard (and taken seriously) they need to speak like a man. Jennifer’s WomenSpeak workshops center around celebrating the feminine influence in business and a culture of women sharpening women – just as we embody in The W Source™️.

Jennifer’s newest venture creates transformational retreats tailored for the professional/entrepreneurial woman - purposeful trips that provide personal and career development in a beautiful setting. Removing women from the pressure of their daily routine allows them to replenish and connect to others. There is an artful sharpening that occurs when we get rested, take risks, and get REAL with one another. Guest experts retreat with attendees – sparking transformation in areas ranging from communication, business development, image, health, and relationships.
