Helping clients face the future securely.

After many years in finance and sales in Los Angeles, Victoria became an agency owner for Farmers Insurance in Pasadena. Working as a Project Manager helped her see that she has the skill of seeing the big picture and breaking it down for others. This combined with her desire to help people made owning an insurance business a great opportunity. She values the W-Source, where she finds like-minded women who are helping each other succeed. She sees the network as a great forum where a variety of personalities can work together to develop each person.

Choosing the Best for Yourself

The corporate life can be all-consuming, and Victoria found that time for herself and her family was being pushed aside as she moved from one promotion to the next. The birth of her twins was an advantageous time to become her own boss, fulfilling career ambitions while giving her flexibility in time commitments.

Heart of Service in a Small-town Atmosphere

The move from Los Angeles to Pasadena felt like moving to a small town for Victoria, where she can use her skills in multiple ways in a very close-knit community. She is working with many second-generation clients and building from referrals. She finds it fulfilling to help her clients become knowledgeable of their protection coverage. She feels life is well-balanced now with less commute, quality time with her children, and more time to volunteer.
