About: Zari assists home buyers in Oregon, Washington, and California to obtain a loan for the purchase of a residential property. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and a graduate of Portland State University, she strives to help every member of her community reach their home buying goals. While each transaction is unique, the theme is similar: each client is improving their life in a significant way, and Zari feels fortunate to be a part of each of those experiences.

About: Lauren spent 28 years in senior management positions at various Fortune 100 aerospace/technology firms before deciding to make a career switch to real estate in 2004. Since then, she has immersed herself in the real estate field, becoming a Broker in three states and earning many advanced certifications. After moving to Portland in 2016, Lauren puts most of her focus on the Portland Metro residential real estate market, especially for downsizing seniors or their estates or for people relocating to the area. She runs a team of agents in both the Portland area and Southern California. She especially enjoys helping people enhance their wealth through real estate. Lauren earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

For Sellers, she helps with identifying simple changes that can make a home sell more quickly and for top dollar, for Buyers, she helps identify homes that may need cosmetic work but are overall a bargain compared to other homes in the area, and for Investors, she is skilled in evaluating cash flow and Cap Rates for various residential investment options and in working with 1031 exchanges.
