About: Susan has held a Fire and Casualty insurance license since 1980, holds a Life and Health license for the state of California (#0A26962), and is licensed to transact business in all 50 states. Additionally, she holds a Surplus Lines Broker's License in California. In 1987, she obtained the designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and has since become an accredited instructor with the California Department of Insurance for continuing education. In 2011, she obtained the designation of
Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). She attended the University of California Santa Barbara for Business Administration and Management.
She currently serves on the Board of Unity Shoppe, Coastal Housing Partnership, and Goleta Chamber of Commerce. She believes in giving back to the community in organizations where she feels passionate about their mission in the local community.
