About: Carol began her career in Real Estate in the mortgage banking field in 1979, right out of high school, and worked her way up from a “runner” to an AVP of a privately held local company in Phoenix. After 10+ years as an assistant branch manager, underwriting and processing loans, Carol wanted a different challenge and obtained her real estate license in 1991. She worked for a small company and then in 1992 began a long career with Re/Max, one of the largest brands of real estate in the world. Real Estate has it’s challenges and Carol has found that she really needed a good coach to keep her on track professionally and personally with her goals. She hired a business coach in 1996 and fast forward to 2011, she opened up a boutique office with her husband and two other associates. Most independent companies fail within the first five years but they are still going strong after 8 years. Carol has a passion for all facets in real estate but still manages to keep a good balance between work and family life.
Carol and her husband work together as a team. They enjoy golf, traveling, cooking together, exercising, riding their Polaris UTV and hanging out at home with their beloved pooch “Otis”. They have one child who attends ASU and have many siblings, and extended family members they enjoy spending time with.
Specialties: Most realtors are “transactionally” focused, always looking for their next sale and forget their clients once the sale closes. Carol gives 100% to her clients during the process and want them to feel that they are her ONLY client. Her business is 97% intentionally referred from past clients, friends and business sphere. Carol wants to exceed her client’s expectations at every opportunity and offer great service to them even AFTER the sale!
