November 15, 2017 - The W Source, a growing women’s networking organization, recently launched its second location since its inception in September. Michele Leach, a Financial Advisor and owner at Financial Transition Partners, along with Nicole Nouhra, Managing Director at Chivaroli Premier Insurance Services in Westlake Village, CA are the Chapter Heads for the Westlake Chapter.
The W Source™, which has its corporate office in Santa Barbara, helps female professionals expand their referral networks and grow their businesses by establishing a networking group of 20-25 professionals in their local area. Members include professionals such as CPAs, Attorneys, Risk Management Specialists, and others. With its proprietary tools and resources, marketing support, as well as dedicated sales coaches, The W Source™ provides each Chapter Head with its formulaic approach to run a local group. Chapters hold monthly meetings as well as “one-on-one” meetings that are designed to help members cultivate relationships within their networks.
The W Source™ offers Michele and Nicole the opportunity to be better resources for their clients, to connect with local professionals in their area, and to formalize the process of referrals with those professionals. At Financial Transition Partners, Michele’s practice focuses on helping women address and solve their unique financial issues, and she works with her client’s attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
