Allison Bizzano | Attorney

About: Allison is a detail-oriented and tenacious advocate for clients. She received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she graduated cum laude and served on law review. She received her B.A. and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and through resolution in Oregon, Washington, and Massachusetts for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals. Allison is a member of the Oregon Women Lawyers and Multnomah County Bar Association.

Specialties: Allison focuses her practice on litigation, real estate, and business law. She has represented clients in a variety of business and real estate disputes. She also assists clients in making agreements and solving problems and advises them on best practices. Allison's practice emphasizes closely held businesses and individuals. Additionally, Allison has experience advising financial institutions, borrowers, and lenders in different types of debt finance deals, including acquisition finance and asset-based deals. Allison represents clients throughout Oregon and Washington.

Carey Haladay | JD

About: Carey attended DePauw University, and then University of Oregon School of Law and graduated in 2006. Carey practiced exclusively in the area of family law from 2006 through 2014. Since 2015, Carey has owned and operated a small business in Lake Oswego. Carey opened her consulting practice in 2023 to help prepare clients for the divorce process.

Specialties: Through CMH Consulting, Carey provides information and guidance to individuals considering divorce. Contemplating leaving a marriage is intimidating, and it’s a time filled with unknowns and self-doubt. Obtaining information about the divorce process, learning the range of outcomes should they choose to pursue a divorce, and getting some planning guidance is empowering.

Carey's services are discrete and finite, providing information at an important step in between therapy or counseling and engagement of a divorce lawyer. By setting reasonable expectations about attorney fees, the discovery process, and outcomes Carey sets clients up for success from the outset of the divorce process.
