About: Heather Friedman is a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist who focuses on aesthetic medicine. She holds a background in exercise physiology, naturopathy, Classical Chinese Medicine, and extensive training in cosmetic injectables. A deep believer in holistic and lifestyle healing, Heather went on to study further through the Institute of Functional Medicine after completing her doctorate. All of this education also translates to Heather’s life as a mother and the daily rhythms of domestic life and daily wellness.
The work of medicine and aesthetics requires a life dedicated to continuous study; this is one of Heather’s favorite qualities of her work. Heather is a lifelong learner, and she currently invests in the experience of training with some of the best in the global community of injectables. To integrate these lessons, she also faithfully maintains a mostly-weekly blog that freely offers her learnings and inspirations to health.
