About: Bibi Moezzi is Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Community West Bank, leading the bank's relationship management and business development efforts throughout the Tri counties, from Paso Robles to Oxnard. In her role, she oversees a team dedicated to delivering personalized banking solutions, supporting local businesses, and strengthening relationships throughout the communities the bank serves. With more than 25 years of banking experience on California's Central Coast, Bibi is known for her client-focused approach, leadership, and commitment to community engagement.
Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Bibi earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering before moving to the United States to continue her education. Her banking career began through a temporary position as a loan processor, an opportunity that sparked a passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. Over the years, she has built a successful career leading teams, developing lasting client relationships, and supporting economic growth throughout the region.
Bibi is actively involved with numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the region. She currently serves on the boards of Unity Shoppe, Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, and Partners in Education, and is a member of the United Boys & Girls Club Finance Committee.
Her previous community leadership includes board and executive committee service with the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation, Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce, Old Spanish Days Fiesta and the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Barbara.
Bibi's commitment to community service has earned her numerous honors, including the Extra Step Award from Congresswoman Lois Capps and the Santa Barbara Police Department, recognizing individuals who demonstrate exceptional civic leadership and community dedication. She has also been recognized by the Pacific Coast Business Times as a 40 Under 40 honoree and one of the Top 50 Women in Business.
