About: Kim has worked in the financial services industry for over 27 years, beginning with a position as a personal banker with Bank of America in 1996. Kim was quickly promoted to Vice President/ Banking Center Manager where she managed several successful banking centers, and then to VP/Consumer Market Manager where she managed sales, service, and operations for 31 banking centers in Arizona.
In 2007, Kim accepted a position as a VP/Premier Client Manager with Bank of America Premier Banking and Investments, where she could return to her passion of working directly with clients. In 2008, Kim ranked #1 in the nation for client managers in their role under 18 months. In April of 2009, Kim was displaced by the Bank of America/Merrill Lynch merger based on seniority. She was immediately recruited to a position as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Bank of America Home Loans. She earned distinction as Pacific SW Division Rookie of the Year in 2010 and made President's Club in 2010 as well.
In 2012, Kim was recruited as a Senior Mortgage Consultant with On Q Financial, Inc., a mortgage bank consistently ranked in the top 50 mortgage lenders in the U.S. Kim enjoyed eleven highly successful years with On Q where she earned multiyear recognition in Scotsman Guide as a Top Mortgage Loan Originator, Top Female Loan Originator, and ranked in the Top 1% of Mortgage Loan Originators in America in Mortgage Executive Magazine, and On Q Financial President’s Club.
In September 2023, Kim was recruited to Bell Bank Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. Bell is a well-respected market leader and is known throughout the real estate community for providing excellent customer service and for offering diverse mortgage options with low fees and competitive rates. Bell also believes in a strong commitment to the communities it serves.
As an experienced professional, Kim is committed to finding the home loan solution that is best for each client, as well as delivering customer service excellence to clients and business partners. She prides herself on earning repeat business from her clients as well as referrals to their families, friends, and co-workers.
Specialties: Kim enjoys working with all types of borrowers, but specializes in working with upper middle-class borrowers who may have multiple streams of income (salary, pension, rental income, self-employment income), as well as borrowers who own multiple properties. She enjoys working with pre-retirees, investors, self-employed borrowers, veterans, as well as first-time home buyers.
