About: Most of Michelle's career has been functioning as a Business Owner in the Book Industry and managing aspects for over 150 employees. Upon walking away from the business through a divorce in 2015, Michelle pursued Human Resources and held Director and Senior Leader roles with a focus on helping companies understand state compliance and developing leadership and functioning as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite. Michelle holds a current HR Certification, SHRM-SCP, and possesses a unique skill set and functions strategy to help clients reach their business goals. Michelle was recruited to join BBSI in 2020 as a Business Partner, whereby she gets the daily opportunity to act as the business owners' advocate and work to benchmark, analyze, and deliver measurable results to client businesses.
