About: Becky has a storied history in sales and sales management which includes working in high end, specialty retail sales where she found tremendous success as a store manager (exceeded first year sales goals by over 300%) and then district manager for a multi-state territory. Over the course of 20 years, she has recruited, trained and developed top sales producers and management teams. In 2004, she transitioned into insurance sales for both the health/life and property/casualty marketplace and consistently exceeded year over year sales goals by up to 40%. Becky is passionate about helping her clients take their businesses to the next level and inspires impactful change through the teaching of sales techniques, motivational strategies, vision work and focus time.
