About: Caitlin graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Communications and completed the Technology Entrepreneurship Program through the College of Enginnering. As a central member of the Hayes Commercial team since 2008, she learned the industry as listing/transaction coordinator and market researcher prior to becoming a full time Broker Associate. As one of the region’s most active agents, she has averaged more than 40 transactions annually over the past five years. As of 2019, Caitlin had completed over 350,000 square feet of commercial leases and sales valued at over $75 million.
She is an active volunteer and has been involved in the Junior League of Santa Barbara for over 5 years, currently serving her second term on the board. She serves as a consultant to many local professional development groups including UCSB First and WEV. Most recently, she was honored in the Pacific Coast Business Times’ tri-county “40 Under 40” feature in 2019.

She represents clients throughout the South Coast in the leasing and sales of commercial property, including office, retail, industrial, and land. Being one of the only women in commercial real estate, Caitlin loves to work with female owned businesses to help them strategically achieve their goals.
