About: Jenna Williams, Esq. has been practicing law for over a decade. She is a family law attorney and mediator dedicated to helping her clients navigate family law matters the healthy way - through collaborative negotiation and settlement. She is an experienced mediator (trained in the Center for Understanding in Conflict and Transformative Mediation models) and is a Collaborative Divorce professional. Prior to opening her family law and mediation practice, Jenna litigated her clients' family law disputes, but after watching her clients suffer through expensive and emotional Court battles, she realized that consensual dispute resolution was the healthier, more cost-effective, and more efficient process. Jenna finds it incredibly meaningful to empower couples and families to have the hard conversations necessary to resolve their conflict, and enjoys the creative brainstorming process that each matter requires.

Jenna is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree, as well as Pepperdine School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2013.

Specialties: Jenna specializes in mediating all family law matters (divorce, legal separation, child support, spousal support, child custody, etc.). She also represents clients going through a divorce, legal separation, or other family law conflict who are looking for a non-litigated resolution (whether through mediation, collaborative divorce, or similar process), and prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements for clients who wish to alter/clarify their marital property and spousal support rights.

Quote: “It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life—daily and hourly. Our answer must consist, not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual.” — Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning
