About: Traci Beagley is the Founder & CEO of Sunland Home Care. She comes from a family that has built 55+ communities for seniors since 1958. Over sixty years later, she is still following in her family legacy of working with seniors. In 2016, she started Sunland Home Care, which provides non medical in-home care to seniors in the Valley.
Traci has created an award winning company that focuses on culture first. Sunland was awarded A Great Place to Work for 5 consecutive years and was named several times on the Fortune Best Workplaces for Aging Services. Sunland Home Care has been recently named an AZ Most Admired Company.
Traci, herself, has been featured in Scottsdale Lifestyle magazine and The Know Book Phoenix, a global group of female entrepreneurs and businesswomen, and was recognized in 2024 as Who’s Who In Healthcare in Arizona.
In 2018, Traci was diagnosed with breast cancer. Because of this, Traci has volunteered at Banner MD Anderson Breast Cancer Center helping to raise over $2.0m for various breast cancer programs. She was honored to be the 2021 Honorary Bat Girl by Major League Baseball and the Arizona Diamondbacks for her fight against breast cancer.
Community service is an important conviction to Traci. She has served on various boards in the community to help make our state a better place to live. She loves giving back and volunteering her time to organizations that assist with the underprivileged, seniors, Veterans and the arts.

About: Early 2020, Kristina made a decision that changed her life. She walked away from a job she loved so that she could be present for her family and work to grow a family business that makes a massive impact. Naturally, it was the best decision she ever could have made. But, it almost didn’t happen. You see, if you know Kristina, then you probably know a couple things about her: She prides herself on working hard and always leading by example. Her energy is contagious and she naturally creates experiences that build lasting memories. She is unbelievably creative. Kristina always finds a way to make an impact. Needless to say, these attributes have led to some fantastic job opportunities over her career. These opportunities have allowed Kristina to travel, work with brilliant minds and lead fantastic teams in elite, high end business operations, over the past 25 years. But when it came to finding a “balance” between work and family, especially when you love what you do, it was quite the juggling act. In fact, in Kristina’s 20's & 30’s, she put so much into her work that the other aspects of her life were deteriorating … friendships, being present for her kids and husband, and completely neglecting her own health and fitness. Any career driven mom knows the difficulties of having to choose between work and family, and frankly, she realized she could not have it all. And so, Kristina reprioritized and left the corporate world …and hasn’t looked back since. Now, a few years later, Kristina and her husband, Ben Brown continue to live their mission through their nutrition coaching business, by helping people change their beliefs about what it means to be healthy.
