Tina Alleguez

Despite a variety of practice areas, in her 32 year career Tina has consistently represented clients with real estate holdings on a national level and has assisted them in reducing their claims, not only by providing risk management advice, but also by drafting their service/lease agreements in such a way as to reduce their exposure.

Nicole Oden

As a mediator, collaborative law, and consulting attorney assisting families through legal separation and divorce, paternity, and post-judgment modification proceedings, Nicole believes that alternatives to the traditional court divorce process are both beneficial to families and less costly.

Nicole also works as a legal consultant, helping online freelancers and service providers build their online businesses legally with custom contracts and policies or legal templates that they can customize for their unique businesses.

Amy Refeca

My focus is on helping women protect who they love the most by having an estate plan that speaks to their truth, choices and voice. Many women become the caregivers of those in the generation above, below and all around. Notwithstanding being the caregivers, they haven't been given opportunities to ensure their choices and voices are amplified and educated. My focus is on providing a safe place for women, individually and in committed relationships, to become educated and empowered about estate planning options.

Joslyn B. Stuart

Joslyn is a partner at The Small Business Law Firm, P.C. in Thousand Oaks and specializes in the representation of small business owners. She practices both transactional law and litigation, helping to navigate her small business clients through today’s complex legal world: forming corporations and LLCs, drafting and reviewing of all types of business contracts (including partnership agreements) and litigating all types of business disputes.
